Technology enabled care and support
For all Devon professionals involved in ordering Technology enabled care and support (TECS), we have an ‘Introduction to TECs’ video presentation. This will give you an understanding of how a basic telecare system works, as well as the eligibility criteria and order process for TECS equipment in Devon. The link to access this video can be found in the training documents of Millflow site for professionals with a Millflow PIN or by emailing us at ilc-exeter@devon.gov.uk
We will also be hosting a series of live technology webinars about TECS solutions to support you to manage a variety of risks including Medication management & Daily Living activities, Environmental Risks & Risk from others, and Risk of getting lost & Falls.
